The Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden on General Terms of Technical and Financial Cooperation was signed on 29 August 2007 in Kyiv.
Pursuant to the Agreement, the consulting companies, institutions, non-governmental organizations, legal entities and natural persons that participate in the international technical assistance projects in Ukraine are exempt from tax, duties and other compulsory payments.
Ratification of the Agreement will establish general rules for attraction of international technical assistance, and will promote realization of Swedish technical assistance projects aimed at implementation of programs concerning social and economic development of Ukraine.
A relevant Bill (Reg. No. 0039) was registered in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
